You can retake after a 24-hour cooldown. You're allowed up to three attempts per email in any rolling six-month period.
QTR-1 is valid for two years from the issue date. The threat landscape evolves quickly, so we require recertification every two years. We'll email you when your certificate is approaching expiry.

QTR-1 is built as a short-term, technology-focused credential and maps to NIST NICE Framework competency areas, which is the shape these programs look for, but we have not completed an approval determination.
